Deren has been recruiting in the Cloud technology space for the past half-decade supporting some of the worlds leading Consulting businesses and end customers with end-to-end team builds with a specialism in Azure.

He has a consistent track record of significantly reducing time to hire and cost per hire for his clients, largely due to his specialist network and ability to assess candidates thoroughly which stems from his technical knowledge.

A techie from a young age, he has a strong understanding of Cloud Platforms, especially Azure and has good programming skills in Python and YAML. Unlike the vast majority of Recruiters in the space he holds AZ-900 Microsoft Certified Azure Fundementals, Databricks Lakehouse Fundementals and Databricks Generative AI Fundementals certifications which he is keen to continue building on. and has been offered technical positions.

Outside of work he is a keen car and motorsport enthusiast and often attends GT3 Racing events, he is often found working on his car, 3D printing random useful objects or sipping an extra cold Guinness.
